It can be white, black or anyone.
Those who are close to Allah will not suffer from any mental illness.
If someone says, "I have prayed, tahajjud (night praying), but I am not yet recovered."
That's because they don't believe in Allah
From my experience, people who suffer from mental illness are usually unable to thank Allah or feel His blessings.

She didn't realize that a certain percentage wasn't her right.
